The Ledger turns recorded meetings, interviews, transcripts, notes, and research documents into a structured library of cited insights. Find themes, generate executive briefs, and ask questions across the evidence without losing the source behind an answer.
Turn every research conversation into evidence your team can use.
Key capabilities.
Capture & Transcribe
Record a live microphone or browser call, upload audio, or add an existing transcript. Teams, Zoom, and Meet calls can be captured from a Chrome or Edge tab.
Evidence-Traceable Insights
The Ledger extracts quotes, facts, needs, pain points, and observations. Every insight resolves back to its meeting, document, and source location.
Themes & Executive Briefs
Reconcile evidence across a project, surface recurring themes, and produce an executive-ready brief without flattening the underlying research.
Ask & Intelligent Search
Ask questions within one project or search across your research library. Answers carry citations so you can inspect the evidence.
Research Library
Keep meetings, documents, people, insights, and synthesis organized by project. Export structured outputs to CSV or JSON.
Healthcare-Aware Controls
Consent tracking, configurable retention, and PHI heuristics support careful handling. Customer data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
Four steps.
- 01
Capture the research. Record a live conversation or browser call, upload audio, add a transcript, or upload supporting documents.
- 02
Extract the evidence. The Ledger identifies high-signal insights and ties every one back to its source.
- 03
Synthesize the project. Review themes, reconcile evidence, and generate an executive brief.
- 04
Ask, search, and export. Query one project or the full library, then carry cited findings into the rest of your workflow.

FAQ
- How is The Ledger different from a transcription tool?
- Transcription is only the first step. The Ledger organizes the research, extracts source-linked insights, finds themes, creates executive briefs, and answers questions with citations.
- Where does the data live?
- Customer data is isolated by organization in Supabase, with configurable project retention. The service does not use customer data to train general-purpose AI models.
- Does it work with audio?
- Yes. Record a live microphone, capture Teams, Zoom, or Meet audio from a Chrome or Edge browser tab, or upload an existing audio file. You can also add a transcript directly.
- Can I use the findings elsewhere?
- Yes. Export structured findings to CSV or JSON, then carry the cited evidence into journey maps, personas, briefs, and other downstream tools.
- Can it handle healthcare research?
- The Ledger includes consent tracking, configurable retention, audit logging, and PHI heuristics. It is healthcare-aware but is not currently BAA-covered and should not be used for PHI.
- Can I try before I buy?
- Yes. The Free plan includes one project and three meetings. Upgrade to Solo or Team when you need built-in transcription, unlimited projects, and Intelligent Search.
