- How is The Ledger different from Otter or Dovetail?
- Otter records and transcribes; Dovetail stores artifacts. The Ledger does the synthesis step in between — pulling specific, citable insights out of raw material at a price a solo designer can afford.
- Where does the data live?
- In a per-tenant Supabase database. Per-project retention controls. No-training DPA available on Pro.
- Does it work with audio?
- Paste a transcript from any source (Otter, Fireflies, Riverside, manual). Direct audio upload is on the roadmap.
- Can I use it with other SM products?
- Yes. Push gems directly to The Compass and The Gauge from Pro. Free CSV/JSON export on Starter.
- Is the model trained on my data?
- No. Anthropic's Claude API operates under a no-training agreement for Ledger usage.
- Can I try before I buy?
